Merchants are solely responsible for how they use Blufin-related tools, resources, templates, and platform access. Merchants are responsible for their own business decisions, customer terms, pricing, approvals, refunds, disputes, collections, disclosures, and compliance obligations.

Before offering payment plans to customers, merchants should review applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and industry requirements with qualified professionals.

4. Customer Approval and Repayment Risk

Any decision to approve, deny, offer, modify, or manage a customer payment plan remains the responsibility of the merchant. Blufin Finance does not independently review customer creditworthiness, guarantee payment, or absorb losses from nonpayment.

Merchants should have clear policies for customer approvals, payment schedules, missed payments, disputes, refunds, cancellations, and collections.

5. Powered by Woje Money

Blufin Finance is powered by Woje Money. Certain technology, platform functions, processing features, or account capabilities may depend on Woje Money or related third-party systems.

Blufin Finance does not control every feature, update, approval, limitation, interruption, or requirement of third-party platforms, payment processors, software providers, or technology partners.

Merchants should avoid implying that Blufin Finance is a lender, bank, financing company, or third-party approval provider unless reviewed and approved by qualified counsel.

9. Checkout and Payment Disclosures

Purchases of DIY setup, Done-For-You setup, or other Blufin Finance services are subject to the pricing, checkout terms, refund language, and service descriptions presented at the time of purchase.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Blufin Finance does not intentionally store full payment card details on its website.
